Extremely disappointed by the behavior of reservation desk..I have been following up for two weeks with the guy named Frank Dsa, and he din't even bother to respond to my request for quotation after making several calls to him..at last, he very rudely responded that I can look for some other property.. only when my husband schooled him on his behavior, he came back with a quotation which was beyond imagination. Their 4bhk appears for 25,000 per day (50% standard discount on 50,000) on the website but we were quoted the same for 60,000 per day (with max discount of 10%). 2bhk for 30,000 per day and an overall quotation of 4 lakhs for both for 3 days. It made us feel that these guys are not at all interested in providing the services. If this is their attitude while asking for a quotation, god only knows how they treat their customers upon arrival.

Frank dsa(9137668535) from Sales/Marketing dept at bandra office does not know to handle customer grievance. He charged us about Rs.4.8k extra. On reaching the property we learnt the price difference. Went confronted frank about it he claimed hospitality industry can change prices any time.We we asked why the dates on the two separate price lists are same 1st nov 2023- march,2024, he started talking rudely. we felt cheated and conveyed the same and he started abusing and threatening. The girl at the reception witnessed his tone and language on speaker. When she tried to calm him down he was so engraged that we wouldn't listen. however, the staff at the property is just amazing write from the receptionist to the head chef to the bell boys all the so humble and welcoming unlike frank dsa. Mr.deepak at the property and the receptionist apologised on frank's behalf and even compensated fairly while also making our marriage anniversary super special and memorable. property, food and service is all superb! except for frank in bandra office. he is not fit to handle customers. he brings shame to the beautiful hospitality that anandvanresort has to offer

We had a wonderful stay at Anandvan resort for 2 nights. The experience was very good. The resort is well located at the hill top, there Is a beautiful sunset point which you can visit from the back side of the resort, the view is scenic from there overlooking the Arthur lake. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The food was delicious, all credit to Chef Arun and his staff who took an extra effort to personalise the dishes to our taste. We had no onion no garlic food and he made it a point to take care of it in every meals. On the first day of Navratri my husband was fasting, he served yummy Sabudana khichadi. The food was one of the best which I had in recent years. I would highly recommend Anandvan resort to everyone visiting Bhandardhara.

We drove down to Bhandhardhara from Thane which is easily a four for drive with all that traffic. It’s easy to miss the left turn towards Anandvan once you reach as the sign is inward and can easily be missed. We were booked in their tree top nest which was nestled between the trees. When it rained we could easily just slide open the door and sit and take it all in. We ate all our meals at the resort and tried a little from each selection. Everything we ordered tasted amazing. The main chef always came around and took interest in the guests orders. There’s a cute trail walk which takes you up to the top where you get a great view of Arthur lake. This trail starts around the pool area. The rooms are clean and spacious and the staff are friendly. Overall this was an ideal tranquil get away.
